In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UMLAUF will follow all CDC recommended guidelines and city, state, and county requirements to ensure that campers, staff, and visitors to the Museum are behaving safely. This will include regularly sanitizing frequently touched surfaces, consistent hand washing, daily screening questions, etc.


Q. If I need to cancel my registration can I get a refund?


A. There is a 20% penalty for cancellation up two 14 days before the camp begins (the UMLAUF will retain 20% of fees, refunding you 80%). If you need to cancel less than two weeks before the camp begins no refunds will be issued.


Q. Can I sign my kids up together if one of them is outside of the grade range?


A. Yes, as long as your child that is outside of the grade range is older than the stated range (i.e. you can sign your 3rd grader up for a K – 2nd camp, you cannot sign your Kindergartener up for the 3rd – 5th camp). Some exceptions may be made, please e-mail with any specific requests.


Q. Do I need to send a lunch with my camper?


A. If your camper is registered for a full day camp you must send a lunch with them. If your camper is signed up for a half-day camp you are welcome to send snacks, but they should not need a lunch.


Q. Does the UMLAUF offer scholarships?


A. Yes! Please e-mail to request the scholarship application form.


Q. Can I sign my camper up for multiple weeks of camp?


A. Yes, many campers attend several weeks of UMLAUF camp. Each camp is different and your camper won’t repeat art activities if they sign up for multiple weeks.


Q. Can I sign up for early drop-off or late pick-up after camp starts?


A. Yes, you can sign up for extended care at any point during the camp. The price is per week ($40 for early drop-off, $40 for late pick-up) and will not be pro-rated if you sign your camper up after Monday.
