The Process
Step Six
Creating your proposal
Now that you have your idea, it’s time to communicate it to the community. Your team will be creating a PowerPoint presentation of your public art proposal. Before you start building your presentation it’s time to outline the details of your proposal.1) WHY create this artwork? What is the purpose of the artwork?
2) WHERE does it fit in the location? What size is it?
3) WHAT will it be made of? How will it be constructed ?
4) HOW much will it cost to build?
5) WHO will be creating the project and what roles will they play?
6) HOW does the artwork address the elements and principles of art?
7) WHAT maintenance will it need?
8) HOW long will it last?

How to Create Persuasive PowerPoint Presentations
What makes a good quality PowerPoint presentation? PowerPoint presentations are not meant to tell your audience every single detail about your project but they are meant to help you make a persuasive presentation so the community will agree to support your project.Download this rubric for your PowerPoint presentation, see how your presentation scores or how you can improve it.
