The Torchbearers

Help carry the torch by joining the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum's young art enthusiasts.

Named for one of Charles Umlauf's sculptures, the Torchbearers were founded with the purpose to reach out to the Austin arts community through events benefiting and showcasing the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum. Help protect the legacy of Charles Umlauf and the beauty of this Austin treasure by becoming part of this dedicated, energetic, and art-loving group. Please email for more information.

Membership Commitment

• Dues: $45 for individuals or $80 for couples
• Volunteer time: The Torchbearers volunteer their time to help with at least one Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum event. Most choose to help with the spring Garden Party.
