Garden Party

The Garden Party celebrates the art of sculpture and the work of 20th century American sculptor, Charles Umlauf. Proceeds from the party are dedicated to the preservation of the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum and help underwrite the museum's award-winning education programs.

Tickets are $100 in advance ($115 at the door, if available).

As of 1:00pm on April 23, online ticket sales for the Garden Party have closed in order to process orders before the start of the event.. We will have tickets available for purchase at the door for $115. Thank you for your understanding.

Live Music and Dancing

Back by popular demand, the 2009 Garden Party will feature lively music by the festive Nash Hernandez Orchestra.

Fine Food and Wine

Twenty or more of Austin's fine restaurants will serve delectable samplings of their cuisine, paired with complementing wines generously provided by Twin Liquors.

Unique Auction Treasures

The Silent Auction and Celebrity Seeds Auction are always a favorite among our guests. Original pieces of art, eclectic items, and specialty services from local businesses are featured in the silent auction, proceeds from which all go to the Umlauf.

And unique to the Garden Party is the Celebrity Seeds Auction, which features decorated terra cotta pots and small garden containers created and/or decorated by local celebrities and well-known Austinites. This is a one-of-a-kind auction you won't find anywhere else!
